We are privileged to have Paul Jordan of Ohio visiting us on May 9th, 6:30pm – 9:30pm. Paul is a top rated athlete, a Continental Referee and all around great guy. He will be teaching and working out this evening, so come, learn and work out.
Kids workout: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (<12 years old)
Adult workout: 7:30pm – 9:30pm (kids are encouraged to watch the senior practice)

We pride ourselves in teaching and practicing traditional Judo principles as taught at the Kodokan in Japan.

History
This Dojo has a long and magnificent history of Judo in Chicago. Its birth place was on the south side of Chicago by a few Japanese Nissei’s and Judo devotees whose vision it was to practice the true teachings of Kodokan Judo. We hold to these principles to this day.

It grew to be one of the most successful clubs in the United States in the mid 60’s with many national and international champions as its members. The dojo today continues to be dedicated to developing JUDOKA’s who are of high moral character, exceptional work ethic, strong leadership in organized judo and teachers of traditional JUDO.
