Lesson Plan:
There are two guidelines for creating a series of lesson
plans:
The first is to acquire skill for contesting.
The coach successively introduces variables that bring the practice
closer and closer to the contest. In
the case of some physical variables, the practice can be made more severe
than the contest, which is called overloading.
Second, is to create an overall, well-rounded and
unbeatable contest style for an athlete. The coach analyzes the
performance of the athlete in the contest and then simulate the contest situations where the student has lost, or
was weak. Thus, the weakness is overcome, and a new weakness will be
revealed by the next contest.
